I am extremely fond of Rodentia but also carry side interests in Soricidae and Talpidae. I am most knowledgeable on PNW / Oregon occurring rodents, but I’m always looking to expand my understanding of these special creatures and their global kin. I am currently taking any opportunity I get to document rodent activity and to improve my tracking skills while working in-field! I don’t mind being pinged for identification input for the species in my favorites, especially skeletal ID. If you disagree with an identification I’ve made, please explain your knowledge to me! I value learning from my mistakes and don’t ever intend to skew data.

All photos I take are unsurprisingly done with my iPhone. I apologize for any considerably poor pictures. My pfp is a photo of Zapus trinotatus that I managed to take with my phone.
