Taxonomy - Lymantriinae - Carriola spp
Dmitry Shovkoon (Steppe Institute Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences) is reviewing the genus Carriola at the moment. Should be ready to publish sometime this year. He has informed me the Hong Kong species is not ecnomoda, but seminsula (and he has HK material to study). So all the HK observations of ecnomoda need reidentifying as C. seminsula. In case I miss any, please do at least correct your own observations......
